Are ConnectPro® lights fully waterproof?
Yes, ConnectPro® lights are rated IP65 meaning they are totally dust tight and protected against water spray from all directions. They will have no problem handling inclement weather conditions.
Are ConnectPro® lights suitable for regular consumers or only for businesses?
Anyone can use ConnectPro® lights! We advise that they are commercial quality, but we sell directly to consumers as well as to businesses.
Can I use ConnectPro® lights or accessories with any other system?
No. ConnectPro® lights and accessories, including the starter cable, cannot be used with any other lights or lighting systems.
What's the difference between ConnectGo® and ConnectPro®?
There are several differences between the ConnectGo® and ConnectPro® systems. The latter is our more professional, commercial quality system, so includes thicker, rubber cable by default. The former is more often used for domestic displays, has multiple functions and you can choose to power it by plug, battery or solar power. For a more detailed answer read our article here.
