Refunds & Returns Information
We offer both tracked and non-tracked delivery services. If you have chosen a tracked delivery service, you can get updates on the status of your order by signing into your account and clicking the link next to 'Tracking Code' in either the Order Summary or Order History section. This is updated for the first time at 6pm on the day of purchase (or on the following day if your order is placed after 6pm).
If your parcel from us has not arrived this must be reported within 10 days of the last estimated delivery date provided at the time the order was placed.
