We're working with our delivery partners to ensure that deliveries are made in a safe and responsible way. They will be using no-contact methods; you will not be made to sign for deliveries and couriers will maintain a safe distance from you at all times.

We offer a number of different delivery options for UK addresses. All of the information that you should need concerning UK home delivery is contained within this page.

*Next day and Saturday delivery services are available to all but the following postcodes: AB 30-35, 36-38, 41-54, 55-56, BT, FK17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW0-99, PA20-99, PH15-99, PH15-32, TR21-25, ZE1-3, IM, IV, JE, GY. Whilst next day delivery is successful on the majority of occasions, exceptional circumstances can occur whereby the parcel is not delivered on time. If you are concerned about your delivery, you can always contact us.
Please note for all next day options you must order before 3:30pm** to qualify for next-day delivery and this is delivered by courier. Please note: This is next working day if ordered on a working day i.e. orders on Friday will be delivered on Monday, but orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will only be delivered on Tuesday.
Other than during our peak season (dates vary slightly each year, but generally mid-November to mid-December), orders are not dispatched on Saturday or Sunday, so if you place an order on a Saturday, this will not be dispatched until Monday.
**Cut to length rope light must be ordered before 12pm in order to qualify for next day delivery. This is to give us time to cut and prepare the order.
