Festive Lights Collection Point

The Festive Lights Collection Point is located in Wigan, Lancashire. Please note this is not a store, it is only to collect orders placed online when the customer has selected to use the 'collect from Festive Lights Wigan' option at the checkout.

Instructions for Collection Point Orders

Collection times:

Mon – Fri 9.30am – 4.30pm

To use the collection service, please use the following instructions:

In the checkout, under delivery - please use our distribution center as collection point.

1. Enter postcode: WN50LS and select Festive Lights Ltd
2. Select Collect from Festive Lights Wigan option
3. Please allow 3 hours prior to collection
4. Please retain the order confirmation, which will be emailed to you. You will need the order number for the collection

Collection procedure

Due to Covid restrictions, strict guidelines are in place at our Wigan collection counter.

1. A maximum of 2 people will be allowed in the collection point at any one time
2. Face coverings must be worn on site
3. Social Distancing measures are mandatory
4. Customers must sanitise hands upon entering the premises
5. Orders must be placed prior to arrival
6. Please allow 3 hours prior to collection

On reporting to the collection point, strict site rules must be adhered to, and interaction kept to a minimum. The site is Covid-secure, therefore under no circumstances must anyone reporting to site have tested positive for Covid-19, be awaiting a Covid-19 test result, currently be self isolating, be showing any symptoms, or have been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19. Please have the order number ready and report to the collection point and ring the bell.

Collections can only be made Monday-Friday 9.30am – 4.30pm.

Please note: any products on the website where you see the following icon are not available to collect at the Festive Lights Collection Point in Wigan.
